Interior & industrial designer Evdokia Simon creates sophisticated interiors by approaching decoration as a dream come true. One of the few Greeks who have studied (in London and Italy) and specialized in industrial design, she knows how to create large-scale projects that make a lasting impression. She spoke to us about the importance of aesthetics, the demands of her profession and the amazing projects she has implemented, and she gave us her own deco tips for the new season.
